is CRS?
Our
Customer Read Software is designed for districts
that have the customer read his/her own meter and send in the
reading with his/her payment (sometimes
also referred to as Self-Read). The Series 3
Systems were our most popular versions prior to the Jayhawk Utility
Suite. We have combined those with Customer Read features, added
new features,
changed the pricing structure and now offer it as our CRS. It is the version of the Jayhawk Utility Billing System that
can be purchased up front instead of the lease option offered with
our latest version, the Jayhawk Utility Suite. The Series 3 system was designed
from customer suggestions with ease
of use and flexibility in mind, and offers an array of
features. This system also supports the separate Account/Premise
billing model, which is illustrated best by our on-line demo (contact
us for a demo at your convenience). This feature allows a person who
moves away to continue to make payments, get past due notices and
late charges even if a new customer has moved into his/her previous
premise.
