This 32-bit Utility Billing System for Windows
95/98/NT/2000/XP includes a complete set of operations to manage the billing and accounts receivable functions for a utility that bills for up to
two stepped rates based on a single
meter (user-definable) and two fixed-rate charges
(user-definable). The system automatically tracks information
based on premise and/or account, storing history on both.
The base system supports up to 300 billable premises with unlimited number of customer
accounts, but may
be expanded foradditional
billable premises, stepped rates, and fixed rates.
