Meter Reading Groups by selecting your customers by your
user-defined Routes or Categories. This allows
groups of customers to be at different stages in the
meter reading process for multiple meter readers or AMR
devices.
A single reading
screen is also available for mid-cycle billings that
aren't entered at the same time as all other readings.

Once in a group, you
can print a Meter Reading Worksheet for manually reading
and keying in the readings. Or with the click of a
button, the readings can be exported/imported for
AMR. A Read Sequence field is available for
manual reading or AMR. |

Once a reading in entered, unexpected reading warnings (Hi/Lo/Rollover)
are indicated immediately under the entry box and in the
table columns.
The Meter Reading
Summary report also can be used to verify all readings,
verify usages calculated from the readings, view the
unexpected readings and re-read any meters. It has
options to print all meters or only those unread, high,
low, etc.
Once readings are
complete, you can verify the charges calculated, then
print bills. |
