Customer Summary:
The Customer Screen is designed in an easy to understand tabbed layout. The first Summary tab shows the information you use most. You can also scroll through your customers for easy setup and review.

Customer Account:
The Customer Account screen includes the billing and other information for the person, business or organization.

The separate Customer Account and Premise feature allows you to move customers in and out of your service area with the click of a button and both the Account # and Premise # are user-defined alpha/numeric fields. History for both can be kept indefinitely so usage history for a premise is never lost or if a customer moves away then returns later, the history is also still available on the person.

Customer Premise:
The Customer Premise screen shows information about the physical location where your services are provided and/or where meters are installed. 

Organize customers to be selected and/or sorted for billing and reporting by user-defined Route/Book, Cycle, Class, Category, & Status Lists. 


With the click of a button you can view usage history, add a new meter, change out a meter that needs replaced, or set the meter information to be exported so it can be read by an AMR device.

Customer Charges:
The Customer Charges screen shows the charges and rates that a person gets calculated for his/her bill. A customer can have an unlimited amount of utility service charges (like water, tax, late charges) and miscellaneous charges (fees for disconnect, reconnect, improvement debt fee, bad check, reread, etc). This screen also shows the current account transactions and balance.

Customer Deposits:
The Customer Deposit screen displays the service deposit(s) paid by the customer. It also shows the automated JUS calculations for accruing Interest and refunds to be applied to the accounts.

Customer History:
A record of all the customers transactions are shown on the History tab with dates, descriptions and reference text, including:
Bills
Payments
Late charges
Adjustments

Rate (fund)

Customer Miscellaneous:
From the Miscellaneous tab, create and print a Service Order with all the necessary information automatically included.
