Separate Account and Premise: In Series 3X or newer - Allows you to track the history of a customer, apply late charges and enter his/her payments even after they have moved away and track the history of a premise and its usage separate from the customers that may come and go.  A premise represents the physical location of the installed meter. Also means that the premise number and account number can be changed (but you may never need to change numbers since you can move customers in and out of premises).  We have also added a Read Sequence field to sort accounts in the order the meter reader needs them for the Meter Reading Worksheet or for Handheld device output/input.
