Payment Receipting
and
Cash Drawer |
 |

The Jayhawk
Payment Receipting and
Cash
Drawer system will allow a city or any organization the ability to
stop using paper receipt books by enabling them to setup unlimited
items and receive payments from customers for those items. These
items can include the needed incrementing tracking numbers (for
audits) and GL account info (to make accounting entry and cash
balancing a breeze). And to make your job even easier, it all
integrates with our Jayhawk Utility
Suite (JUS) and Accounting software to eliminate duplication and
reduce chance for error. (If
you don’t use our complete software solution, it can also run as a
stand-alone package.)
